Stepping Stone to Success (Poem)

Tormented  by  failures,

in  every  step  we  take,

its  depression  we  endure,

in  the  decisions  we  make.

Yesterday  is  over,

tomorrow's  the  new  day,

so  the  more  we  soar,

we  shall  find  a  way.

Mistakes  can  be  rectified,

for  forgiveness  is  in  need,

even  gravity  can  be  defied,

by  a  strong  will  indeed!

The  ostrich  outruns  a  horse,

a  penguin  can  dive,

so  will  the  inabilities  of  yours,

make you successfully  thrive.

Each  and  every  ups  and  downs,

and  our  lives'  experience,

shouldn't  be  frowned  upon,

but  smiled  upon  with reverence.

For  what  breaks  us,

makes  us  stronger,

so  instead  of  making  a  fuss,

control  and  you  shall  conquer.

And  we  all  fail,

for  nobody's  perfect,

disgust  starts  to  entail,

for  parallel  lines  never  intersect.

I  wish  I'd  never  make,

a  mistake  in  my  life,

but  I'm  not  a  rake,

and  mistakes  are  just  rife.

So  don't  just  fret,

keep  practicing  your  best,

for  failure's  the  first  step,

to  the  brightest  success!
